ASUS Maximus III Formula motherboard review
Intel's X58 motherboard chipset and LGA 1366 Socket may rule the roost in terms of its literal performance and functionality, but for the majority of users (and even enthusiasts) these days the company's mainstream P55 motherboard platform and Socket LGA 1156 series of parts offers more than enough in terms of performance, functionality and overclocking.
It's the last of these categories which is the natural focus for ASUS' Maximus III Formula, which takes its place in the firm's Republic of Gamers line-up in an attempt to offer up its usual top-class set of features and functionality. Can it prove itself to be worthy of the price premium afforded such a motherboard though? That's what we're here to find out.
