Vizo Ninja HS notebook cooler review

We recently took a look at a notebook cooler from Vizo in the form of their Mini Ninja part, and all in all we were really quite impressed with its capabilities at keeping a laptop cooled when put under load.  However, no sooner had that article been completed than up popped another new cooler in a similar vein from Vizo, the Ninja HS.

So, what does the Ninja HS offer over its older brother, and indeed some of the other notebook cooling solutions from various manufacturers currently on the market?  Let's take a look and find out.
