Noctua NT-H1 thermal compound review

In a week where we've covered both a major high-end graphics board and motherboard launch, it may be a little difficult to get excited about a 'mere' tube of thermal compound.  However, anyone who has ever built their own system will tell you that thermal paste is an important component for any PC, particularly when it comes to effective cooling of a CPU.

We've looked at some of Noctua's other products in the past, in particular their impressive range of cooling fans, but today we look at their foray into the thermal paste market, thanks to their NT-H1 product.  Relatively speaking, thermal paste is pretty cheap in the grand scheme of building a system, but does this product prove to be a worthwhile purchase?  We check it out.
