Jetart CoolStand 2 notebook cooler review

Owning a notebook more often than not tends to be all about compromise.  On the one hand, you want a powerful system akin to a desktop PC, but on the other you don't want anything too bulky or guaranteed to be literally too hot to handle.

As the processing powers of notebooks has increased in line with their desktop cousins, so has a wide variety of notebook cooling solutions hit the market, with each part offering its own distinctive solution to the notebook heat problem.  Today, we look at just such a device, courtesy of Jetart and their CoolStand 2.  As the name suggests, this is their second-generation notebook cooler of this ilk, and as the name also suggests, it isn't simply a 'straight' cooling solution, but also a device which rather handily doubles as a desk stand for your notebook when you're using it at home or in the office.  How well does it cope with these dual roles?  That's just what we're here to find out.
